No response

To whom it may concern. <br> <br> My mom is old and currently sick in hospital - I'm trying to sort all her accounts for her. The problem that I have is that ABSA arrears department never bothers coming back to me when I phone them and leave messages. I get this constant insipid message, however I'm trying to sort the account! Gosh don't you want money in the months to follow? The plot thickens. They don't come back to me. They phone my mom - while in hospital on why the account is in arrears when I leave my number in all the messages!!!<br> <br> Who is the tool that does that?
