no response

I app**** for a loan on Monday last week, I was told it take 2-3 working days to get a response<br> I've been waiting for 5 days and still nothing<br> I have phoned ABSA three times and I'm always told a consultant by the name of Vincent is handling my application and will call me, he is busy on the line,<br> I understand Vincent is very busy with important things, but I wouldn't have app**** for this if I didn't need it, so can Vincent or anyone else please just tell me whether the loan is approved or not, so that I can move on.<br>
