NO RESPONSE

Good day,

I need assistance regarding a matter with ABSA Trust century city. firstly allow me to express my utter disappointment that I have not received any communication informing me of funds available for my son's educational expenses. I only received this information after I had to go in to request financial assistance with school fees as well as winter attire which I didn't receive. They gave me Phumzile's number she deals with this trust fund and a email address, I've tried calling and sending emails no response, then after trying to call after two weeks I got told that Phumzile is off sick and Cerina is standing in for Phumzile it's been 3 months and I went back to your branch in Bellville so they told me I must go to your offices in Century city after three months of calling and trying to get hold of someone to assist me. winter is almost over, I'm unemployed my son only get's an allowance of R800, I've send a detailed email listing all my son's expenses and still no response.
