No Response!

ABSA Home Owners Insurance sent out contractors to replace leaking pipes, etc and as part of the repair work, the contractors chipped up tiles to get to the leaking pipes.<br> <br> To date nothing has been done to replace the missing tiles and ABSA have not responded after numerous attempts to get feedback!! The 2 contractors involved both say they are not responsible for replacing the tiles and now OVER A YEAR down the line we are still waiting!!<br> <br> I was last in contact with Lusanda Manelu in the call centre who advised that she would follow-up and resolve the issue in May 2014, but nothing has been done. My requests to escalate this issue to management have also been ignored.
