No response

<p>I wrote an email on the 8th of May regarding my debit order and after a couple of days Natasha Reddy rep**** and some other gentleman assuring me that my email has been forwarded to the relevant department which is vehicle financing department. I emailed Natasha again and she Cc me showing that she has indeed forwarded my email to Leona on ********** but up to date the person on this email address has not responded even yesterday i sent an email to this email address but it seems my emails are intentionally ignored. The matter regarding my debit order is important and affects both parties. I don't know what more to do to get assistance from ABSA vehicle finance department as I'm their client and they are financing my car.</p>
