No respect for elderly
I have never been so disappointed with ABSA in my life before. I am a young healthy individual who will stand in a queue if I have to. But HOW do you expect that of elderly people? Are they not more at riskof COVID? or is the law just for certain people? ABSA Ilanga really have to wake up! A old person with back problems can not stand in a queue for more than an hour. Is that how you will treat people with disabilities as well? Or does the same apply for heavy pregnant women as well? This is disgusting! I ended up just turning around. I can not believe this is how you treat people.
