No resolution on HOC Claim.
The last week I made 7 calls to your claims call center, held on for over an hour and a half. Left messages for a team leader, a manager, spoke to a manger, who promised feedback by yesterday. No feedback.
Over a month to sort out a pipe claim. Your claims process is failing.
