No reponse from Absa Missing Payments!!!

I am struggling to sort out a missing payment I made to a Absa credit card account. I have sent the same email twice to ********** but had no reply nor response what so ever. Every time I phone Absa customer care call center, I receive a different response to course of action. I would really like to sort this out, but Absa is absent on good customer service.
