NO REPLY TO URGENT EMAILS SENT

Good day,

I sent the below email to ABSA 3 days ago and another today.

This morning, I see that about R3900 was debited from my account. Money which I do not even have. My account is now in a negative due to a lack of any communication or response from ABSA.

I expect this issue to be sorted out promptly:

Good day,

My vehicle is financed with ABSA.

This month, I was unable to pay my monthly debit order as there was a problem with my second salary being deposited into my account from UNISA. I thus did not have the necessary funds to allow for the AVAF debit order to go through.

I phoned AVAF last week Wednesday, 28 February 2018, to make the necessary arrangements. I arranged with them to have this debit order go off on the 7th of March once again. At this time, however, I was unaware of the fact that UNISA would only be depositing the February salary together with March's salary at the end of March. This can be confirmed by means of an email from UNISA should this be required.

As a result, by the 7th of March, I will still not have enough money at my disposal for the debit order to go through.

Would it at all be possible to make arrangements for a double settlement (x2), to be debited from my account on 1 April 2018 instead? Thus, the outstanding installment, as well as the ordinary installment for March.

Kindly advise asap as I wish to make the necessary arrangements.

Kind regards Cara Meere
