No reply from agent
Hi, I've requested a limit increase on my credit card on the 14th and called in on Saturday to follow up. I spoke to Yvonne and the line cut just as I was about to explain my extra income to her. Also, I asked if she could call me back if the line cut but she said she couldn't. I then emailed her more than once to ask her to include my extra income as shown on my bank statement but she doesn't reply. I would like this resolved and know whether or not my increase has been approved.
