No reply from absa after they decline you but they tell you affordability is not a problem! Crazy!!

Complained and Absa told me they will look into my situation and again nothing! Got an reply after my hellopeter complain form Russel Edwards and again like always nothing! Empty promises! What do you say to a customer which absa's own credit department says affordability is not a problem but you decline his loan and creditcard offers which absa offers me??? Why do absa offer me these things? Sure absa will send me some reply with alot of promises as usual! Where are the days when someone can sort out stuff cause at absa they just pass the bucket. Where is the management which says listen this customer can afford what we offer so why is it declined?? Probably the reason most absa employees go to fnb!
