No regard for convenience

Absa Highveld Mall in Witbank has no numbering /ticket system for queing. No consultant to assist customers on where to go. The more ppl come in the more confusion there is. End up having ppl getting in front of elders who came in earlier. Don't call me, just fix your messy customer care system
