No regard for client service
This bank is possibly the most useless at client service period
Should you go into the branch you will get ignored or treated like the absolute **** of the Earth and not acknowledged.
Should you try and use their CallCenter nothing gets done that is promised. You speak to consultants that only has a first name and they will never be any way for you to follow up on promises made with that consultant. I really Cannot wait to find myself a bank that treats me like a client.
