No Refund after 7 days

I settled my personal loan a week before the debit date, got a settlement quote, paid it and got confirmation my loan account was closed,

On 24th December my account was debited, I call Absa and requested a refund as my account was paid off, 8 days later I still did not receive my refund and when i called to do a follow up, I was told case was closed.

Did not receive any communication at all from the person that was helping me, very bad service
