no refund

Mr p.j loots id no ***, cell no ***.<br> We app**** for debt review and absa still deducted the loan we wanted to reverse it but was told we couldnt and we need to phone them we did so and the promised to pay the money back it is 2 weeks now and every time we call something else was missing or claim wasnt made or they are paying it now. Still nothing we need the money to pay the water account and to buy food or we wouldn't have gone under debt review. Poor poor service and it is causing a lot of stress. Thank you<br>
