NO RECORDING SYSTEM

Dear ABSA, i have paid a client using your ATM system you have asked for my ID number during the transfer, you have asked for the recipients account number you have asked for the amount and i have given all of this information to you on the private response, now because you know that people cannot view private responses you are saying i have not provided you with the information to make ABSAs image look good, when all i am asking is for ABSA to confirm where the money i paid went, this problem being with the very same ABSA that tarnished my image and caused the police to come to my home looking for me do i need to lodge other complaints for ABSA to trace where the payment went ??? i paid the money to my doctor in September or early October 2017 for R500 at Westgate (ground floor / Checkers Hyper ) ATM..... my doctor has not received that payment, so where has the money went ABSA this is not even a security issue cause you are the ones that tarnished my image and if there is a problem and you need to verify the details you could tell me to come into one of the branches for them to verify my id details and confirm where this payment went... so this can only bring to the conclusion that your systems are inadequate because you cannot answer where did the money go
