NO PROVIDENT FUND PAYOUT FOR MORE THAN 4 months

I app**** for my provident fund in March this year and I was told to wait up to two months for the payout. As of now I still have not received a single cent of that money. I have contacted the call centre on several occasions where I keep being told to wait for my sms. I am highly frustrated and disguted with the level of no commitment and amount of lies from the fund! Must I wait till hell freezes over before I can get my money? Will anyone pay for the time I am losing while waiting for you people to wake up on the right side of the bed and finaly give me my dues? This is day light ******* and it is unbelievable and unforgivable
