No Proper Escalation or Communication Process

I have just received a call from Absa Legal Recoveries, Thabang the consultant was very rude, and I am stunned a tsuch behaviour and insensitiveness you are displaying with my sistuation. I have been a client with you for years and do not appreciate the manner how you handled my complaints (vehicle and credit card). I have a vehicle financed with you along with a credit card. In July I experienced some health concerns and had to be in hospital the following month. I was then unable to communicate however by Sept 5 I was able to send emails and advise of my defaults on my accounts. I had received an email on 24 August from Percy Maake who till today did not call me back. I had sent my retrenchment details and advised that I have not been employed yet however I am looking for employment to attend my debts. I sent various emails back and forth for advise to deal with the matter then youu sent me claim forms knowing that both credit card and vehicle have no credit cover. regardless of folling through with the process now you want to repossess the car without affording me time to try and gain employment at this time of the year. You have failed to communicate with me and advise of the nbecessary channels. I have been paying my dues with you but now I am in a bad situation you want to toss me out like trash. If this is how you deal with customers take everything and I never want to deal with Absa again. Refer this matter to all the group heads KG Bako, T Kaseke, B Nthane, N Nanabhay and lastly to Mr A Rautenbach
