no progress update

When a claim is submitted especially with dread diseases why don't we get feedback as the claim progress if you phone to find out if documents have been received then you are told not received and when you phone the medical practitioner they told you that they do have proof of received from Absa. If you phone again and talk to another consultant you are told it is received. 7 working days later and not 1 word of feedback
