No progress on old claim

Hi, <br> <br> On the ABSA photo-finish product, I was promised by your guy named above to help me after I logged a claim. It's been 2 weeks now and nothing.<br> Even right now I'm busy with someone on a call and he/she's not talking. I'm calling from ***.<br> The last guy I spoke to asked me to forward a quote from my panel-beater which I did the same day and now nothing for 4 days now.<br> <br> The last time I claimed I didn't experience this and was helped in 3 days. No this guy i'm working with is trying to be difficult.<br> Also try to find out why when I call and somebody picks up they are not talking.<br> <br> My claim number - ***
