No progress on Home Loan application

I app**** to switch my Home Loan to ABSA and received confirmation of the approval on 29 April 2015. On 30 April I got a call from the advisor in the Home Loans Process Centre to walk me through the quote and I advised him of my acceptance. I was advised that within 3 working days an attorney would be appointed and would contact me. <br> I have still not heard from an attorney in this regard. I attempted to follow daily from 6 May 2015. I cannot reach the advisor at the processsing centre, I have tried email and to call but his phone either goes unanswered or is engaged. <br> On thursday 7 May I contacted the HL call centre and they advised they would escalate for me and I would get feedback by the following day. I still have no received any feedback. <br> Please advise when my application will move to the next phase and an attorney appointed to register said bond
