No prepaid token but ABSA took the money anyway.

Used the ABSA app to buy prepaid electricity, which reported that the transaction failed.  Upon checking my cheque account R150 was debited anyway for the prepaid electricity with no token received and funds not returned.  FNB AT LEAST returns the funds when no token can be issued but not ABSA, no at ABSA we pocket your money. What is the word for that again?  THEFT!

Did what ABSA requested and got no further answers. Tried again tonight to buy R100 electricity and the same bulls*it response "oops we're having technical difficulties, please try again later" from the app. And AGAIN it debited R100 off my checking account with no token.  ABSA doing diddly squat about it. Proof that clients ARE NOT IMPORTANT AT ALL.
