NO PAYOUT-PSSPF

I was tracked down by a tracer regarding a payout for my deceased father from 2010. I had to get a letter of authority before I could claim the money.

This took me 5 visits to the High Court. I submitted all the documents they requested and to date every time I call the call centre I get a different story.

First they never got all the forms, I had to resubmit then I was told it would take 8 weeks before payment. Then I called again and was told it was waiting for trustee sign off and can still take 12 months.

Everytime I call there is a new story and nobody seems to know when we will be paid.

It is a situation of rude call centre agents and everyone giving you a runaround bearing in mind you are dealing with someone who has lost a parent and just wants everything finalized.

My father is Norman Oswald Holloway - ********** 076085

Dear customer

Apologies for the bad experience you had, below are the details where claim should be sent to.

We use to be the administrators of the PSSPF (Private Security Sector Provident Fund) but the Trustees of the fund moved the fund in August 2016 to SALT Employee Benefits.

They can be contacted on ***or on ***
