No payment

Good day ABSA. Hope you can help me. You use ATU Assist for your insurance claims. We did do some work for them 3 months ago. We only get promises and lies over payment. I did told them that I will give your clients over to the attorneys to collect the money as they don't pay as it stays the clients account if the insurance does not pay. But it seems that they don't care . Maybe someone of you can help me before I hand over your clients. Sorry for contacting on this forum but I don't know who else to call. ATU assist just don't care.
