NO PARTICIPATION FROM A PRIVATE BANKER AT ABSA

I am trying to contact our private banker for days now at absa private bank centurion with no luck. Not answering his cell phone, landline. NOT EVEN THE BANK is answering their main number, its all digital?? how can we contact anyone when we have a question. ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTED IN ABSA SERVICE ... USED TO BE A SMART BANK BUT YES.... THIS IS THE NEW NORMAL
