no one knows what they are doing

I transfered money to my account from the United Kingdom. after eventually getting that amount cleared with a 10minute phone call costing me ?1.50 a minute the amount credited my debit account with absa. I can see the money has credited my account with Absa but cannot touch the money. I have no available funds it says. ok yes so i have an overdraft on my account but that money should still be available to me. so I emailed both the absa email address and the actionline email address with the most simpliest wording i could use to explain my problem and no one seems to be able to understand my problem. now my debit orders will fall short, can't transfer money to other accounts which need to be paid and I need to send more money home but don't want to as it might get stuck like this money has gotten stuck. just spent another 16 minutes on the phone going between general enquries and other departments, all saying they can't assist. 16 minutes x R25 per minute. R400 just wasted on a call.
what the hell must i DO NOW?????
my email is [Email Removed]
