NO ONE IS ABLE TO HELP AT ABSA VF

Dear Absa I have been calling and email you for 2 weeks now for assistance but non of you agents are able to assist me, they keep referring me to the next person. i need help, I will not be able to pay my vehicle installment this month, I can only start paying again 1st of August. I only have 10 month left to finish my loan, I have been paying every single month without fail. I just need help for this month. this is really disappointing. can someone please help!
