No one helps - being sent around with no assistance

I have been calling and being send from pillar to post. my mom has passed on and now she has vehicle finance with absa but the numbers aren't being picked up and being sent from pillar to post. *** , 4265, 4274 tried all of them to know the process. I don't want to keep paying for the car. I'm frustrated and drained as I am still mourning my moms loss. can i get help please
