No one available to help open a business account

Had a really disappointing experience at ABSA Grove Mall Pretoria. All I wanted to do was open a business account. Nobody could help me. As there are only two people in the whole bank that could do this and none of them were available. One was out and the other was busy with urgent admin. I was told the only way to get help was to make an appointment with one of them. As it was late in the day I said that I could wait for the person that was doing urgent admin even if it was for an hour. 'No you must make an appointment with him. Here is his business card to call him directly as they make their own appointments'. I explained that I needed to open the account today as it was needed urgently. Nothing helped I even told the person that I was an ABSA private bank account holder and had been with ABSA forever. No solution. So I said to this person , 'is my only solution to go to another bank other than ABSA if I want to open a business account today?' No response. I then told the person , 'Okay, I will go to FNB then.' Still no response just , 'I am sorry.' So off I went to FNB, stood in the queue and had a business account in less than an hour. No need for any specialist person as anybody at the bank counters could open the account. ABSA what are you doing???
