NO NUMBERS AT ABSA WORK OR ANSWERED

Opened up a flexi account online- Congratulations you now have an account opened- PROVIDED WIH ACCOUNT NUMBER-NOTHING ELSE- go to a branch to submit fica documents- because i held on for customer care 69minutes and no answer. none of the Absa numbers are answered. No one to discuss card delivery, without card cannot register online banking, i actually regret wanting to move banks, service is horrible,
