NO notice for intention of blocking credit card

Firstly,you need me more than i need you.i merely took out this credit card in case i travel abroad soon.I made purchases using the card and recently tried using it then was declined stating fica 69.I tried calling your credit card dept and was on hold for 8 mins.during that 8 mins the call was answered thrice then put back on hold.When i collected the card i brought a STACK of copies you needed for card activation,now its blocked for fica reasons?WITH NO WARNING?and if this happened OVERSEAS?THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED SOON THEN YOU MAY fica 69 yourself all on with your blatant disgusting service.
