No money no bread.

So this is a long story. On 18 August 2015 I went into the Polokwane, Savanna branch to have my ****en name changed to my new surname, then also to have my account Rica'd or Fica'd or whatever, and to ask for a letter for confirmation of my bank account for SARS. So after 4 days in and out of the bank, queing eventually I got the letter and my account in my new surname. Now 3 months later I am apparantly not Rica'd anymore and my account blocked. So now I can't even buy bread. I did complain on facebook. So now after more than 24 hours not one person tried to contact me. Well I surely do feel important as a customer. However my few bucks that covered some of your expenses is now gone. I am closing my account. And no this is not a threat to get your attention. It is just the beginning of me telling all my friends how bad you treat the people putting bread on your plates at the end of the month. You probably<br> Think the bank has it own. No you get it from us idiots.
