no money in bank

Saturday 12/12/2015 went to Jabulani ABSA to collect club money .We where at the bank early at 8am standing outside for the bank to open which opens 08H30. Bank opened 08H45 .At the floor asked where to go to collect our money saved for the whole year ,the guy working at the floor sent us to the wrong Que costing us more than an hour wait while we should have went to the tellers as we have already arranged the maturity of the funds to be available as from the 9 DEC.When at the teller after 10am they told us that the bank does not keep large amounts of money \we where there to collect R78
