No luck with International Refund: ABSA No service and useless!

An International company wrongly took money from my account( *****)!. I have been trying to get ABSA to explain the error code regarding the refund to me for over 8 months. They ignore my question and state the obvious. There should not be a problem with the refund but it is there. Asking for more information when all the necessary information was provided. Useless bunch with no idea how to help a client!
