No loan taken, so why take action against me ?

I escalated a complaint a while ago and I received a half hearted response from someone at ABSA, requesting me to send her the details on private mode.

Since do they work like that ? Why did they not get the details from Hello Peter portal as that is what is there for ?

May I kindly have the investigation reopened and my case attended to please, as I was told that I was "blacklisted by the financial institution due to me not having paid the so called loan that I took from them and according 'to the best of my knowledge, such action never occurred.

So, who took that money ? This is proving to be bothersome and I would appreciate speedier response and favourable intention to this.

One's credit rating is vital.
