No joy in getting tax certificates

<p>I want to do my personal tax, but I'm only waiting for ABSA tax certificate. I've tried under online banking, googled how to get it but could only get nice clear instructions on FNB's, then I phoned their general number, but were referred to another number, which had high call volumes - probably because most of thier customers have the same problem as I have. Since I'm phoning from a cell phone, I can't hold on for long. Then I treid their facebook messaging, but still no joy as nobody react there either. Why can ABSA also not have clear instructions readily available like FNB? I'm sure there is some way on your internet banking site, but I just can't find something that clearly tells me where to get it.</p>
