No joy

<p>There have been deduction on my cheque account from a Naedo Track which I have never authorised, I called Absa call centre and was told to go to the nearest branch as they cannot reverse it online. I then visited the Glenfair branch in Pretoria East and this was "cancelled" or reversed. To my surprise few months later, the deductions were made WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY, i was told to GO TO THE BRANCH , AGAIN, which I did</p> <p> </p> <p>What buffles me is the fact absa employees told me there's nothing they can do so this means anyone can just deduct money from my account without my consent. I know for a fact that I never authorised this deduction and this was cancelled TWICE when I went to the branch.</p> <p>The amounts keep changing from R99 to R88.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not acceptable as this reversal cannot even be made </p>
