No job done After assessment 3 weeks past

I was involved in an accident on the 18.02.16 i reported and was told to wait 48hours, on 22.02.16 Auto magic called and sent me message that the car is booked for assessment on 23.02.16 at Riverside panel beater of which is less than a Kilometer from my work place. on 23.02.16 went there @10H00 was assessed pictures were taken and i told the assessor it had a problem with suspension. after 30mins the assessor called me and said he cant get the parts and i must inform absa Idirect. i called and explained what the assessor says was told to 48 hours every week was speaking with different people the last person i spoke to Mohamed i explained to him that i cant wait forever they must give me a car hire and he said he cant just activate it the assessor never told them while i mention that he said he cant get parts for the car now its been 3 weeks, Ive been taken from pillar to post am stucked with the car i cant drive to avoid additional damage. they were supposed get me a car hire while sorting the matter with the panel beater.
