No Job done after 4 weeks

it seem as if the Absa Idirect is unable to solve the problem with Automagic,i visited riverside panel beater to hear any progress i was told that they explain to auto magic they cant get parts and the lady even called outo magic in-front of me regarding the hearsay that they submitted a quote and it was approved and the person she spoke to had no idea of any quote submitted On 11.03.16 Riverside panelbeter told the consultant that, they are no longer working with automatic. they assessed the car twice and submitted to automagic and they told them that they cant get the parts (rear left door, sideskirts, suspension & scratched rims) they never gave quotation, so the R5ooo quote they must ask automagic where they got from couse the parts are more than the R5000 excludes labour. 4 weeks has past and every week i call claim department i get a new person i must explain myself of which is unprofessional becouse i was supposed to get a feed back from the insurance for any progress made. the 1st 20 days of car will about to expire and i was told the parts will take 3weeks to arrive and i dont know which panelbeater is that becouse even the consultant (ABSA) they dont know anything.
