NO INFORMATION IN ABSA PRIVATE RESPONSE

On 21 December 2025 I wrote a review about a, supposedly, *****ulent use of ABSA.s telephone landline number. People trying to con me into accepting additional security on my banking App as someone had added another number to my banking profile.

Absa "responded" in private, through Hello Peter, to my Review.

The response, or lack thereof, contained nothing.

It may be that the response was somehow lost, somewhere.

So I remain in the dark as to what measures Absa is taking to avoid the apparent ****, or whether Absa is really phoning people offering additional security to selected clients, which seems odd as all clients need additional security, always.
