No help with Home Loan

I took out a building loan with ABSA. I had to outlay a lot of money for the plans, land cost, transfer and bond costs as well. I am paying levies and rates for a place that I am not staying in so I would also want to build as quickly as possible. ABSA granted me a home loan. I requested a progress payment on the 21/09/2015. It is not the 30/09/2015. They valuer eventually went out yesterday but now there is a problem as he is working with the wrong plans. ABSA outlined the process and they stated that the valuer will go out to site and my contractor should have a certified copy of the plans and engineers certificates which he does have. The valuer goes out but does not call the me or the contractor and now he expects me to find time to drop it off at his offices in Pretoria. Besides ABSA being so slow to process everything I cannot believe how the valuer cannot call me before he goes out to the site. This delays the payment as I do not have time to go to his offices and I still need to pay the contractors to continue to work. ABSA has made this process the most painful ever, also with a lack of response from their side after logging a complaint on their website last wee
