Banks have never been my favourite institutions, and I have dealt with most of them in my lifetime. ********* portrayal of their service in adverts, and the contrasting experience in reality, irks me. I have to act on my wife's behalf as she is cognitively sound, but through stroke cannot speak, write, or sign a document. Thanks to the chaos of the post office we have had no investment reports (AIMS-investments) for my wife for six months, and I have tried to get back-copies and change communication to e-mail to obviate the problem. Several e-mails to [Email Removed] were unanswered, so I called at the Brooklyn office on 6 Jan 2015, given forms to complete, but was unhelpfully told they need to be signed by my wife and not me. Nevertheless I signed them with the reason for doing so, and the papers were faxed \to Centurion"with the assurance that it would be attended to. Nothing happened. I e-mailed again and for the first time received automated acknowledgement of receipt. Again"
