No help when needed.
I did a online purchase a few minutes ago. Find out it was a,**** as the amount was only R30. But when it go through they took R588.04. I immediatly phoned the ***** line of Absa, just to tell me. Sorry we cannot help. You must go in to despute the amount. Why is there people suppose to help you, but they dont. I lost R16000 last year and still even this is never resolved. Im getting now fedup with the bad service of Absa Bank . They are of no use for people anymore.
