No help or support whatsoever

I have been trying to get ahold of ABSA tirelessly with regards to my car finance. I keep filling in the forms on website to have someone contact me but no one ever does. I need assistance with regards to my account and I need this to be sorted as a matter of urgency. Who can I call? Where can I call? This is by far one of the worst experiences and leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. Can someone please call me as soon as possible
