I really hope that someone at ABSA can get back to us regarding the below email.

Ms Marinda Pienaar the joint executor just spoke to your call centre and was advised that the email below does not contain an attachment.

Please note that the email sent on 26 May 2022 does indeed have an attachment, since the 26th of May 2022 absolutely nothing was attempted by your National Deceased Department with regards to the attached and matter with reference number C-***5.

Please do your job and action emails in a professional and efficient manner.

I await a senior supervisor to intervene here as your staff is totally unprofessional and of no help.
