No Help on credit card debt insurance paid up to date for income loss.

I am a 75 year old gentleman. I went to ABSA to submit my letter of financial loss. I Have a credit card and personal loan I have been paying a insurance on incase of income loss. NOW THEY ARE PESTERING me for payment. Even though I informed them I do not work any more and took my documents to Greenacres branch. After being a loyal customer for over 40 years this is how they treat the aged. Very disappointing. Do not do business with ABSA Bank they have no simpathy for the old people. Mr Nelson Reddy
