No help from Absa

I am trying to get a settlement amount from absa Hatfield and have sent several emails to absa and still have not received any response. Was cut of by Absa Hartfield. Was told that I must wait for a consultant to give me the telephone number where they can be helped. No one answer the phone. Now 3 days later and still no answer.! Poor service.
