No help from Absa after they handed a Prescribed account to MBD who seem to be more useless than ABSA

It seems almost impossible to receive assistance from Absa. Called their contact centre since early February requesting a prescription letter after been sent from department to department with Zero assistance, i received an sms the accounts has been handed over to MBD . MBD is simply non existant with customers services. It seems nearly impossible to receive the letter and have this debt removed.
