NO HELP FROM ABSA!!
I am waiting for my salary from an internation inward transfer. It was supposed to be in 4 days ago!! I phone the call centre ***and i've been on hold for 25 minutes. The annoucement when i started the call said my estimated wait time is 12 minutes. 25 minutes later it still says 12 minutes wait time SO THIS MEANS ABSA IS NOT ANSWERING ANY CALLS if 25 minutes past and the wait time is still 12 minutes!!
THIS IS URGENT BECAUSE I HAVE DEBIT ORDERS TODAY!!! If you wish to keep me as a customer then someone needs to phone me today! Else I will find another bank with less problems, less hassels for inward transfer and a bank that actually answers calls and no ***** contractors!
