No help complaining to ABSA!

I've had a problem with ABSA vehicle finance since about March this year. Before I could write my complaint here, I had to check what is already here. I was surprised by too many complaints here. I then went through most complaints up to the end of June 2018. I was shocked that not even one complaint is closed. When there is a response, it is just acknowledging the complaint and promising to investigate further. So, I see no use of complaining here as I'll only get a rehe****d reply acknowledging the complaint.
